Michael Fast served as President for the MBA of Pierce County during 1999. Michael also has served as Chairman of the Building Industry Association of Washington Remodelors™ Council (1998) and as Chairman of the Local Remodelors™ Council (1996 and 1997). Michael is also a past member and chairperson of the City of Tacoma Landmarks Preservation Commission.
In 1995, 1996 and 1997 Michael received the “Remodelor of the Year” Award for Pierce County and was nominated in 1997 and 1998 for the BIAW State Remodelor of the Year. In 1999 Michael received the Washington State Remodelor of the year award. Also, in 1999, Michael received the “Builder of the Year” Award for the Master Builder’s Association of Pierce County. In 1998 Carolin Fast received the “Remodelor of the Year” Award for Pierce County.
